Marketing Communication bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan brand awareness perusahaan serta membangun dan mengelola hubungan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak eksternal, khususnya sekolah, institusi pendidikan, komunitas, dan partner strategis. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam memperluas jaringan kolaborasi, membuka peluang program bersama, dan memperkuat positioning brand di industri pendidikan.

What You’ll Do

• Mengenalkan program kami ke sekolah, komunitas, dan partner potensial

• Mencari dan membangun kerja sama dengan sekolah, institusi pendidikan, dan organisasi lainnya

• Menyiapkan proposal, presentasi, dan materi kerja sama

• Melakukan outreach ke calon partner melalui email, WhatsApp, atau meeting

• Menginisiasi kolaborasi seperti seminar, workshop, atau event bersama partner

• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan partner yang sudah bekerja sama

• Bekerja sama dengan tim konten dan marketing untuk memperkuat brand awareness

What We’re Looking For

• Minimal S1 (Marketing, Communication, Business, atau bidang terkait)

• Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan suka networking

• Terbiasa presentasi atau pitching ide ke orang baru

• Pengalaman di marketing, partnership, atau business development menjadi nilai plus

• Memiliki koneksi dengan sekolah atau komunitas pendidikan akan menjadi keunggulan
