Job Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for House Of Tugu Jakarta. To enhance the brand visibility to the correct target markets, to be the place for families for breakfasts, lunches and dinners and special events such as birthdays.
Public Relations: develop and manage partnerships with influencers, bloggers, media and industry partners to promote the venue.
Events: plan, promote, and execute events, such as concerts, birthdays, special promotions, fundraising dinners, yoga events, themed dinners.
Analytics and Reporting: monitor and analyze marketing performance, including website traffic, booking rates, and social media engagement, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with local businesses to expand the restaurant & venue's marketing reach and impact, such as with travel agencies, hotels, private member clubs & concierge services.
Customer Engagement: develop and manage customer engagement and loyalty programs to build and retain a strong guest base.
Manage online presence, including website, social media, and other digital channels.
Work with the production people, photographer in the creation of engaging and informative content to attract potential guests.
Advertising and Promotions: plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media as well as inviting & optimizing influencers.
Persyaratan minimum:
1. Terbiasa membuat event dan handle event
2. Sudah memiliki pengalaman sebagai markom minimal 3 Tahun
3. Aktif berbahasa inggris
4. Mampu mengelolah sosial media dan Ads
5. Kreatif dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi
6. Mengikuti perkembangan dalam bidang F&B serta perhotelan
