About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Communications Lead who's done the work — not just managed it. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who came up through agency life, knows how to lead a team, and is ready to take full ownership of an in-house marketing function.
This is a contract position. At the end of the contract period, high performers will go through a performance evaluation with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent role.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the full marketing communications strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead 360 marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, events, and content
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints
- Brief, manage, and hold accountable agency partners — media agencies, creative agencies, PR firms, and production houses
- Lead and mentor the in-house marcomm team
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and leadership on go-to-market initiatives
- Define, track, and report on campaign KPIs and overall marcomm performance
- Manage the marketing budget with clear accountability for ROI
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communications or integrated marketing
- Agency background is required — creative, media, or integrated agency experience is a must
- Proven track record running 360 campaigns across multiple channels, from brief to post-mortem
- Strong existing network across media agencies, creative agencies, PR firms, and production houses
- Strategic thinker who can also execute when the situation calls for it
- Strong communicator and presenter — comfortable with both teams and senior stakeholders
- Data-literate — able to read performance reports and act on insights
Nice to Have
- Experience working closely with a sales team or in a revenue-driven marketing environment
- Familiarity with the local marketing and advertising landscape
- Prior experience managing in-house teams alongside agency partners simultaneously
Working Hours
Standard office hours apply. During campaign periods and key activations, overtime is expected and is part of the role. We recognize and reward the people who show up when it counts.
