FOOM Lab Global is Indonesian-based consumer product startup with mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer way of consuming nicotine. We are determined to provide the best quality e-cigarette product with unique and hyper-localized flavors. As a Marketing Communication Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services through various channels and establishing and managing strategic brand partnerships. Your role will involve developing effective communication strategies, tracking marketing campaign performance, identifying partnership opportunities, and negotiating agreements with potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote company products and services across various channels.
- Plan and schedule press conferences, interviews, and promotional events to maximize brand exposure and increase awareness.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as conversion rates, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing materials and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop partnership proposals that align with the brand's marketing strategy.
- Identify and prospect potential brand partners through market research and analysis.
- Negotiate partnership agreements with potential partners and oversee the contract process.
- Monitor and track partnership performance.
- Network with potential customers and industry professionals to expand brand awareness and promote company products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure continued success.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or in a similar marketing role at FMCG is a must.
- Familiarity with marketing and email marketing software, such as Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Campaigner.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills to track and evaluate marketing campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly creative and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Good command of English with strong computer skills.
- Willing to Work From Office
