About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Communication (Marcomm) Executive to join our Marketing team. This role plays an important part in strengthening brand presence, supporting marketing activities, and building strong relationships with customers and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities to support brand awareness and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including B2B partners, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate branch marketing activities and ensure consistent implementation of branding standards and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and monitor market trends to identify customer insights and potential business opportunities.
- Manage the planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting of offline and conventional marketing activities.
- Develop and execute ATL, BTL, and PR activities in line with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and effective execution of marketing programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform other marketing and communication-related tasks as required by the company.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communication, or a related role.
- Experience in event management, B2B partnerships, ATL/BTL, or PR is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, easygoing, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with different people.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
