Role Description
Channel Management:
- Oversee and manage social media platforms, company website, and payment channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions.
Product Communication:
- Develop compelling product messaging and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility. Craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives product adoption and values.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure clear, impactful communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and communication.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and website content.
Campaign Creation & Execution:
- Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
- Leverage digital marketing (ex. email marketing), influencer collaborations, and offline activations to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for improvement.
Partnerships & Sales Generation:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and affiliates.
- Negotiate and execute co-marketing opportunities to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A background in or understanding of female health, wellness, or care services is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to devise effective strategies and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to reach target audiences and drive growth.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in digital marketing and proficiency with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
