Marketing Communication
• Assist in creating and managing content for social media, websites, newsletters, and company promotional materials.
• Schedule and publish digital content according to the company’s content plan.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and tone of communication across all communication materials.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare simple reports related to engagement, reach, and insights.
• Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and agencies for promotional material requirements.
• Assist in managing branding materials such as brochures, banners, merchandise, company profiles, and other promotional needs.
• Assist in preparing press releases, media invitations, and other publication materials.
• Monitor media exposure and document company marketing activities.
Partnership & Collaboration
• Identify and explore partnership opportunities with companies, communities, media, institutions, and strategic partners.
• Assist in communication and coordination processes with prospective and existing partners.
• Maintain good relationships with partners to support long-term collaborations.
• Prepare partnership proposals, sponsorship proposals, and collaboration decks as needed.
• Support the implementation of partnership programs, sponsorships, co-branding activities, and collaborative campaigns.
• Ensure all partnership deliverables are executed according to timelines and agreements.
Event & Activation
• Assist in the preparation and execution of company events, exhibitions, community engagement programs, CSR activities, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, communities, and related parties to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support networking and engagement activities with external stakeholders.
Administration & Reporting
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing communication and partnership activities.
• Manage databases for media, vendors, partners, and company documentation.
• Support administrative tasks for the marketing communication & partnership team.
• Conduct basic monitoring and evaluation of campaign effectiveness and partnership collaborations.
