Responsibilities of all metrics aspect of the marketing team;
Achieve user growth by developing and implementing strong marketing strategies, availing opportunities, and robust operational processes;
Build Brand awareness and engagement by partnering with Brand team to develop and execute hyper-localized Brand engagement and activation programs/campaigns;
Achieve maximized returns on investments by continually test, monitor and optimize channel / campaign performance for improved conversions and ROI;
Drive maximized operational efficiency by analysis process, capacity and capability bottlenecks, proposing and implementing solutions;
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Marketing preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Retail
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Experience in digital marketing and performance tracking tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Creative, communicative, and a team player
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in digital platforms and social media trends
