Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Develop and implement marketing strategies

• Present company products/services to prospective clients

• Handle business negotiations and partnership follow-ups

• Prepare regular marketing and business development reports

• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by the company

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or related fields

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Strong market analysis and business development skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

• Willing to travel for business purposes when required
