✅ Job Deskripsi

• Melakukan konsultasi kebutuhan kulit dan permasalahan customer.

• Memberikan rekomendasi treatment dan produk sesuai kondisi kulit.

• Menjelaskan prosedur, manfaat, risiko, dan estimasi hasil treatment.

• Melakukan penjualan treatment & produk (upselling dan bundling program).

• Follow up customer untuk kontrol dan repeat treatment.

• Mencapai target penjualan individu.

• Berkoordinasi dengan Dokter dan Terapis terkait rencana treatment.

✅ Job Spesifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Kesehatan/Kecantikan/Marketing).

• Pengalaman min. 1–2 tahun sebagai Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor (klinik estetika lebih disukai).

• Memahami basic skin analysis dan skincare ingredients.

• Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan konsultatif selling.

• Berorientasi pada target dan service excellence.

• Berpenampilan menarik dan profesional.

• Bersedia bekerja shift dan weekend.
