Job Title: Marketing Associate
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to define the right fit of the target audience; strong marketing project management; and cost-efficient marketing channel and media plans
- Responsible on crafting unified and comprehensive promotion message and tone of voice of Cove as a brand across online and offline marketing channels (i.e. Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Message Blast, OTA/Classified channels, printed promotional materials, etc.) of any marketing copywriting and creatives
- Act as the liaison towards performance marketing team on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans; and sales team on the tactical promotion push for driving optimum funnel performance outcome
- Perform end-to-end process of social media content creation through hands-on acts of each property for marketing purposes (i.e. content research and plan, property and room staging or design styling, individual and/or group photo/video shoot take, and content editing)
- Acquire Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and/or content creator across multiple platforms on monthly basis
- Contributes to creating offline activation across property for generating qualified leads which involve working with big team consists of Supply, Operation and Sales team
- Conduct meticulous data performance & marketing analytics on weekly basis
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from all majors in reputable university
- Preferably 1-year experience in Marketing/Public Relations/Corporate Communications related in hotel, real estate, and/or start-up company (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Strong content and copy writing skill and/or experience
- Basic graphic design skills on Adobe Illustrator (e.g. image edit, minor copy/content edit, etc)
- Adequate knowledge of co-living industry trends across greater Jakarta area
- Proficient in handling social media channels e.g. Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and Twitter
- Attention to detail with strong sense of ownership in project management
- Proactive and a fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently
- Strong affinity on digital marketing, influencer marketing, and event activations (preferable but experience not required)
- Native Indonesia; Fluent in English both verbal and written
