Job Overview
Responsible for managing and optimizing Company's social media presence and supporting organic growth initiatives across content, SEO, product discovery platforms, and external content placements. The role will execute day-to-day social media operations, monitor and analyze performance to inform strategy, manage social media automation and listening tools, and coordinate content distribution initiatives to increase brand visibility, engagement, and website traffic.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze social media marketing performance and suggest improvements strategy
- Maintain operation and publish content approved by the First Party across the Company's social media channels and relevant communities, in accordance with the strategy, editorial calendar, and initial briefs provided or approved by the First Party including liaising with creative on required assets and maintaining communication with users/community on social media platform
- Operate and maintain the social media messaging automation and social listening tools including configuring, monitoring, and reporting on automated conversation and direct message flows.
- Publishing blog content up to eight (8) content pieces per month, including required keywords, internal links, and on-page elements.
- Set up, maintain, and optimize the First Party's listings and profiles on external product discovery and software directory platforms (i.e Product Hunt, G2, Capterra, etc)
- Coordinate external backlink and content placement activity for the First Party's blog and website, including identifying and liaising with third-party publishers and arranging paid placements
Qualifications
- Age requirements : -
- Minimum Education Level : S1 / Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Years of experiences : Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Skills: Social media management & analytics, Content marketing & basic SEO, Social media automation & listening tools, Community engagement, Blog/CMS publishing, Backlink & external content coordination, Strong communication and coordination skills
Other Requirements
- Hands-on and able to manage multiple marketing activities independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend improvements based on performance.
- Familiar with social media, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external parties.
- Interest in AI, technology, or SaaS products is preferred.
