Job description for Marketing Assistant & Translator at PT FPG DAGANG INDONESIA
Key Responsibilities
Translate and interpret communications, documents, and marketing materials between Mandarin and Indonesian.
Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Facilitate communication between Chinese management, local teams, and business partners.
Support business meetings, partnership discussions, and marketing activities.
Accompany management on business trips, including out-of-town travel, client visits, and company events as required.
Provide interpretation and on-site support during business trips, meetings, and events
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
Perform additional marketing and translation tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, translation, and organizational skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask.
Willing to travel for business purposes and support occasional weekend events when required.
