MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Team Leader to oversee the marketing and social media execution for four brands:

• Pilates Hunter

• PLTS Sportswear

• Thumb Toe

• Pilates Academy Indonesia (PAI)

You will work under the direct supervision of our Head of Marketing and coordinate a team of five internal and external members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily marketing and social media activities across all four brands

• Translate approved content plans and brand direction into clear team execution

• Ensure content narratives, production, and on-site shoots run according to plan

• Supervise and coordinate the social media team, external team members, and event support

• Maintain smooth communication between teams and other divisions

• Coordinate product sales initiatives, consignment programs, and affiliate activities

• Ensure brand events are prepared and executed properly

• Manage additional marketing initiatives requested by management

• Monitor campaign, promotional, and social media performance

• Prepare structured monthly performance and promotional reports

• Provide regular progress and execution reports to the Head of Marketing

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and team-coordination skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands at once

• Able to turn directions and ideas into clear action plans

• Confident coordinating content production, shoots, campaigns, and events

• Familiar with social media management and content planning

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Open to male and female applicants; female applicants are preferred

• Relevant marketing, social media, or team-lead experience is preferred

Working Arrangement:

• Full-time, Work From Office

• Monday–Friday: 08.00–17.00

• Saturday: 08.00–15.00
