- Bertanggung jawab terhadap Court Occupancy dan Event
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap Customer Journey
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kemampuan, disiplin, dan kinerja Resepsionis
- Mensupervisi performance vendor dan media sosial
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap support dan koordinasi untuk department / unit bisnis lainnya
