Job description for Marketing and Sales Manager Paraswara at PT Cinta Paras Semesta
As a Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen Paraswara’s presence in the digital media industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Create revenue projections, sales forecasts, and business growth plans.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership and sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and collaboration agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams by delivering clear project and campaign briefs.
- Develop strategies to grow Paraswara’s digital platforms, particularly YouTube and other social media channels.
- Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies, including audience targeting, campaign direction, and distribution channels.
- Design and execute campaigns to strengthen Paraswara’s brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, talents, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze campaign and partnership performance to ensure optimal results.
- Develop and implement internal SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Partnership roles, preferably in media, digital, creative, or entertainment industries.
- Strong understanding of digital media business models, especially YouTube ecosystems.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in partnership management, sponsorship sales, and business negotiations.
- Ability to create sales projections, business reports, and campaign analyses.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience behavior.
- Experience in creating integrated marketing campaigns and brand positioning strategies.
- Familiarity with SOP development and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
