We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Marketing & Partnership Associate to support our outreach, marketing, and partnership efforts as we enter our first operational year.
Position Overview
As a Marketing & Partnership Associate, you will help introduce Safeena Academy to schools through outreach, relationship building, and marketing activities.
You will work closely with the founders to generate leads, coordinate partnership opportunities, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to Safeena's growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, marketing, and working in a mission-driven startup environment.
Working Arrangement
- Part-time (approximately 16 hours per week)
- Remote / Hybrid (East Jakarta Area)
- Flexible working hours with agreed deliverables
Your Responsibilities
Partnerships & Business Development
- Research and identify potential school and partners.
- Conduct outreach via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners.
- Coordinate meetings and manage the partnership database (CRM).
Marketing & Communications
- Create marketing content for social media and digital platforms.
- Promote programs and workshops; monitor engagement and inquiries.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and community outreach.
Sales & Admin Support
- Assist with proposal preparation and client follow-ups.
- Track the sales pipeline and lead conversion progress.
- Maintain records and prepare simple activity reports.
Qualifications
Required
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree student/fresh graduate from any relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Proficient in basic tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Email, Canva, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
- Interested in faith-oriented work.
Preferred
- Experience in marketing, communications, business development, sales, or partnership-related roles.
- Interest in education, youth development, psychology, or social impact initiatives.
- Experience managing social media platforms or creating digital content.
