Marketing & Sales Admin

Job Description

• Support the daily sales and customer-service operations of the company
• Responding to incoming customer enquiries through email, WhatsApp, website contact forms, and other communication channels
• Understand each customer’s requirements, recommend suitable products or services, prepare quotations, follow up on outstanding enquiries, and assist in converting leads into confirmed orders
• Maintaining customer records, updating sales information, coordinating with the operations team, and assisting with basic promotional activities

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, inside sales, or account coordination
• Strong written English, as the role primarily involves replying to customer enquiries and preparing professional email responses
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently with Singapore-based corporate customers, event companies, hotels, schools, restaurants, and other business clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM or customer-management system
• Able to prepare quotations, follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and coordinate order requirements accurately
• Strong attention to detail, particularly for event dates, delivery timings, quantities, prices, customer requirements, and payment terms
• Responsive, organised, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Sales-oriented personality with the confidence to follow up actively and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Experience in food distribution, events, catering, hospitality, or business-to-business sales would be advantageous
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media content, Canva, or email marketing would be an added advantage
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, suitable home-working environment, and mobile phone
