1. Developing online & offline store marketing strategies for advertising existing and new product.
2. Organizing promotional events for online & offline store, and coordinating on the day of events.
3. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
4. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go to market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
5. Creative, Passionate and savvy with current trends in Social Media thingy. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Tokopedia and Social Media Platform Tools
6. Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints.
7. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, document business processes, and provide sales support.
8. Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets.
9. Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
10. Maitain a good coordination with Sales Manager and related PIC.
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in DKV, Management or related field.
2. Has minimum 2-4 year of experience as Marketing & Promotion
3. Has in - depth knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing channels/ platforms (tech-savvy), strategies, and online sales.
4. Highly creative, good analytical skill, attention to detail.
5. An ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
6. Passionate in the related industry up-to date on the latest trends & technology in digital marketing.
7. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
9. Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
10. Excellent work attitude and good at teamworking.
11. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, VN and editing applications
