Marketing & Personal Assistant

AI Fusion Partner is an AI consulting and automation startup based in Bali. We help businesses understand, adopt, and use AI in practical ways, from AI chatbots and automations to custom tools and long-term AI partnerships. We are a small team preparing to scale, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid role that combines two areas: marketing support and personal assistance to our CEO. You'll work closely with both our marketing lead and our CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

- Support sales activities: prospect research, lead follow-ups, and keeping our pipeline updated

- Plan content and help create it, including light shooting and editing for social media

- Help organize and run events, workshops, and community activities

- Support marketing for our own brand and for our clients' brands

Personal Assistant to the CEO

- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups, and keep things on schedule

- Research clients, competitors, tools, and market topics

- Handle work and personal admin (bookings, errands, paperwork)

- Take on other ad-hoc tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

- Good written and spoken English

- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar), or eager to learn fast

- Able to drive a motorbike

- Own laptop

- Organized, proactive, and reliable, with strong attention to detail

- Available for occasional Sunday events (around 1–2 times per month)

WHAT WE OFFER

- Salary: IDR 4,000,000 – 7,000,000 per month, based on experience

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Full-time, hybrid (Bali)

- 1-month probation period

- Occasional Sunday events (1–2x per month)
