Job description for Marketing and Partnership Intern at Pinhome
About the role
Demand Intern are part of the Operations Team at Pinhome. As an Operations staff, you will be directly involved in Pinhome's Operations Services (PHS) especially in supply side. Specifically, this will give you the opportunity to learn how to supply acquisition, maintain supply productivity and strategize on PHS business development in the Region.
What You Will Do
- Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Seeking out and visiting potential partners in person. Making at least 4 direct approaches to potential partners/ day
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and brands.
- Negotiate Online and Offline and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute joint campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership programs and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Do other activities related to marketing things and not limited to partnership activities only
What You Will Need
- A final year student from any background who has an interest in the Supply field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills
- Good English skills, both written and speaking
- Great attention to details & good analytical skills
- Good time management
- Good stakeholder management
