About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Data Admin to support our marketing and business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy working with data, managing information, assisting customers, and supporting marketing activities. You will work closely with both the Indonesia and Singapore teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries from email, website, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok in a timely and professional manner.
- Process website enquiries, warranty registrations, and customer requests accurately.
- Maintain and update website content, including live updates, FAQs, product information, and marketing materials.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer, product, and marketing databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer enquiries, website activities, and marketing performance.
- Support marketing campaigns through administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
- Organize and maintain marketing documents, records, and digital files.
- Assist with other marketing, operational, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
