Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a strategic role focused on accelerating company growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing new clients and partners, analyzing market trends, and creating effective strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, strategic partnerships, and new market segments.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify areas for growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations with prospective partners and clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure company offerings are aligned with market needs and company goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in a Marketing, Business Development, or a similar strategic role.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- A strong understanding of the local industry, market dynamics, and current trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute growth plans.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
