Job description for Marketing & Brand Manager at Chocochips
About the Role
Chocochips is looking for an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence across all channels. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer with a strong background in beauty, skincare, or retail, someone who can drive brand growth while ensuring every touchpoint remains intentional, consistent and on-brand.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute retail-focused marketing strategies that drive brand growth and revenue
- Plan and lead brand events, activations, seasonal launches, and collaborations end-to-end
- Own the social media strategy, managing the team, aligning with creative direction, and ensuring content reaches the right audience
- Oversee and grow our e-commerce presence across relevant platforms
- Manage KOL and influencer partnerships from selection to performance tracking
- Collaborate with retail and offline teams to ensure consistent in-store brand execution
- Oversee creative content production including photoshoots, videos, and campaign assets
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance through regular reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team with a clear, growth-oriented approach
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in beauty, skincare, or retail
- Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels
- Experience managing social media strategy & KOL partnerships
- Comfortable leading and mentoring a team
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent project management and communication skills
