Merekrut dan mengembangkan jaringan Business Agent (BA)/Mediator untuk memperoleh calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB motor / mobil
Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan Business Agent agar menghasilkan prospek konsumen yang valid dan berkualitas.
Melakukan monitoring dan pembinaan terhadap Business Agent untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.
