The backbone who keeps campaigns, schedules, and data running smoothly.
- Handling campaign calendar, deadlines, asset approvals
- Filing content briefs, tracking revisions
- Maintaining promo and product documentation
- Assisting with reporting (Google Sheets, Meta Ads dashboards, etc.)
- Coordinating between creative, social media, and external vendors
- The “frontline voice” — replies to DMs, comments, and keeps engagement warm.
- Replies to Whatsapp, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee/Tokopedia chats
- Flags leads to sales or brand team
- Logs common questions and feedback
- Organizes customer lists, survey data, loyalty program reports.
- Collects data from Google Forms, WhatsApp, etc.
- Helps prepare segmented blasts
Skills:
- Detail-oriented, good with task management
- Excel / Google Sheets wizardry
- Familiar with Trello, Notion, or similar tools
- Light Canva or CapCut skills is a bonus
- Responsive, friendly tone, quick typer
- Knows your brand tone for each product
- Google Sheets, Excel (pivot tables, filters)
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business or CRM tools
