Job description for Marketing Administration at PT Segar Putra Indonesia

The backbone who keeps campaigns, schedules, and data running smoothly.

  • Handling campaign calendar, deadlines, asset approvals
  • Filing content briefs, tracking revisions
  • Maintaining promo and product documentation
  • Assisting with reporting (Google Sheets, Meta Ads dashboards, etc.)
  • Coordinating between creative, social media, and external vendors
  • The “frontline voice” — replies to DMs, comments, and keeps engagement warm.
  • Replies to Whatsapp, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee/Tokopedia chats
  • Flags leads to sales or brand team
  • Logs common questions and feedback
  • Organizes customer lists, survey data, loyalty program reports.
  • Collects data from Google Forms, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Helps prepare segmented blasts

Skills:

  • Detail-oriented, good with task management
  • Excel / Google Sheets wizardry
  • Familiar with Trello, Notion, or similar tools
  • Light Canva or CapCut skills is a bonus
  • Responsive, friendly tone, quick typer
  • Knows your brand tone for each product
  • Google Sheets, Excel (pivot tables, filters)
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business or CRM tools
