Marketing Administration Officer
To provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team by managing documentation, reporting, data processing, and coordination activities, ensuring that marketing programs and campaigns are executed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures
RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics and ensuring all activities run smoothly and on schedule.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive recaps of all marketing activities, translating campaign data into structured reports to support strategic decision.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions of the Marketing department, including document control, correspondence handling, and cross-functional coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive work attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
