Job description for Marketing Admin at Parlént World

Responsibilities

Mengelola penentuan harga (pricing) dan integrasi data penjualan melalui sistem Jubelio.
Memantau dan menyusun reporting metrics terkait performa toko dan operasional secara berkala.
Mengatur dan mengeksekusi fitur promosi marketplace (termasuk Broadcast, Voucher, Promo, Discount, Flash Sale/FS, Etalase, dan Dekorasi Toko).
Memastikan kelancaran operasional saat live streaming berlangsung (Live Ops).
Mengelola dan mengode pembaruan konten serta operasional harian website admin.

Qualifications

Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Admin Marketplace, E-commerce Specialist, atau posisi serupa.
Mahir menggunakan omnichannel Jubelio (khususnya fitur Jubelio Pricing & Reporting).
Terbiasa mengelola fitur promosi dan promosi toko di berbagai marketplace utama (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, dll.).
Mengerti operasional teknis Live Streaming (Live Ops) dan pengelolaan panel Website Admin.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis data operasional dan reporting metric yang teliti.
Detil, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja secara sigap serta terorganisir.
