Job description for Marketing Admin dan Social Media Planner at Raya Group
1. Social Media Planning & Management
- Develop monthly social media content plans and calendars for three brands.
- Coordinate content requirements, ideas, and timelines with relevant internal teams.
- Assist in preparing content briefs, captions, and creative references for social media content production.
- Monitor content performance and assist in preparing regular social media reports.
- Manage social media accounts, including day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, Instagram Stories (IG Stories), and other planned content.
2. KOL & Influencer Management
- Source and maintain a database of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers relevant to Raya Corporate’s brands.
- Track KOL outreach, collaboration status, deliverables, posting schedules, and campaign performance.
3. Marketing Collateral & Vendor Sourcing
- Source and coordinate vendors for marketing collateral requirements, including printing, merchandise, and other promotional materials.
- Request quotations, compare pricing, and assist in vendor selection based on budget, quality, and project requirements.
- Track production timelines and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
4. Marketing Support & Coordination
- Assist the Head of Marketing with day-to-day marketing activities, campaign execution, and administrative tasks.
- Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and marketing collaborations.
