As we expand, we are looking for an exceptional Marketing Activation professional to execute impactful on-ground and digital marketing activities that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance.

🔧 What You'll Do
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activation programs (online & offline), including events, campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and in-store activations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and operational details for each activation.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, influencers, and brand partners.
• Monitor and report on activation performance, including engagement, leads, and ROI.
• Support marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, and social media channels.
• Ensure all activation materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

🎯 What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing activation, event marketing, or brand activation.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills both Indonesia and English language
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required for events.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with social media platforms is a plus.
