Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in PIK, North Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for :
- Identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships brand partnership, and creating and implementing growth strategies to increase revenue and improve market position.
- Managed and monitored e-commerce, and market research.
- Prepare marketing materials and presentations for client pitching.
- Any other supporting work as required
- Analysed market trend and presentations to BOD
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- At least 4 years working experience in entertainment related business.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the music or entertainment industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies
- Self-driven, results oriented, shows exceptional initiative and focused on quality
- Excellent knowledge of market trends, consumer behaviors, and digital media platforms.
- Good with excel formulas and Pivotable
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, Able to speak Mandarin language is a plus point.
Willing to work at Elang Laut, PIK, North Jakarta
