BGP is seeking a skilled, motivated, and research-driven Market Research Consultant to join our team!

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Disaster Risk Management, ESG/Sustainability, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong research, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with market research and business development frameworks
- Demonstrated interest in, or experience conducting, market research to identify client needs and market opportunities in areas including—but not limited to—property resilience and climate risk management for the financial sector
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and market opportunities in topics including, but not limited to, property resilience and climate risk management for the financial sector
- Analyze industry trends, regulations, and stakeholder priorities across the financial and property sectors
- Develop clear research reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations
- Support project activities, including literature reviews, surveys, coordination, and documentation
- Identify prospective clients, strategic partners, and relevant business opportunities
- Participate in business events and networking activities to gather market insights and strengthen BGP’s market presence
- Willing to work offline (WFO) in Bandung
