Responsibilities
- Manage & develop store activities (promotion, campaigns, design, stock, etc) to achieve business goals
- Build strong relationship with Clients, Relationship Managers, Buyers & related 3rd parties to achieve business goals
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up B2B forecasts & deliveries
- Setting & updating store activities, design, price, promo mechanism & product description to marketplace platform
- Enabling marketplace operations with our ERP system (stock, price, descriptions, designs, dimensions)
- Maintaining & Forecasting supply
- Reporting & analysing business evaluations & presentations to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 3.0
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Advance in spreadsheets (MS.Excel, MS.Power Point & Gsheets)
- Minimum 6 months of experienced as Marketplace Operator (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Familiar with marketplace operations & tools
- Good in analytical thingking
