Maritime Operations Executive
- Handle all QICP (Quarantine, Immigration, Customs, Port Authority) documentation
- Yacht Concierge Services
- Route planning: bunkering, achorage, clearances, and others
- Provisioning coordination, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, fuel & water arrangements
- Crew flights & logistics
- Client & Captain Communication
- Documentation Management
KPIs
- Response time to enquiries (<2 hours)
- Documentation accuracy
- On-time clearance
- Concierge revenue generation
- Supporting yacht longer stay
Requirements:
- Experience in travel, concierge, hospitality operations, handling documentation or permits or coordinating with government authorities (Immigration, Customs, Port Authority)
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree preferred
- Maritime, Tourism, Hospitality, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
- English (Required — written and spoken)
- Bahasa Indonesia (Required)
- Strong email communication skills
- WhatsApp communication handling
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Microsoft Word / Google Docs
- Basic document management and filing online and hardcopy
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple vessels and enquiries
