Job description for Marcomm at Mitte

  • Mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi brand communication, online & offline campaign untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, customer engagement, dan business growth.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang, membuat konsep, serta mengeksekusi aktivitas brand seperti kitchen takeover, collaboration event, launching, community event, dan promotional campaign.
  • Mengelola content plan dan social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, GoFood/GrabFood, Google Business Profile) serta memastikan komunikasi brand tetap konsisten.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan creative team, 3rd party, community, KOL/influencer, media partner, dan vendor dalam pelaksanaan campaign maupun event.
  • Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi performa campaign, termasuk membuat laporan terkait engagement, impact, dan hasil aktivitas marketing.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim operasional dan kitchen untuk mendukung kebutuhan marketing serta memastikan aktivitas brand berjalan sesuai target dan timeline.

Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Marketing Communication, Brand Activation / Marketing dalam dunia F&B minimal 2 Tahun
  • Memahami strategi brand building, online & offline campaign, customer engagement, dan content marketing.
  • Mampu mengidentifikasi peluang, membuat konsep, serta mengeksekusi aktivitas brand seperti kitchen takeover, collaboration event, launching, community event, dan promotional campaign
  • Mampu membuat konsep campaign, content plan, koordinasi dengan 3rd Party, serta menjalankan event dari awal hingga evaluasi.
  • Kreatif, memiliki sense of branding, memahami tren social media, serta mampu mengembangkan ide yang relevan untuk customer.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan target, timeline, dan kebutuhan operasional F&B di lapangan.
