Job description for Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Supervisor at PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, evaluate, and improve work processes, manpower, productivity, and layouts to increase production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement bonus policies.
- Monitor the implementation and achievement of bonus targets.
- Analyze the need for and potential adjustments to the bonus scheme.
- Prepare reports on bonus implementation and evaluation results.
- Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate across departments
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of work measurement, time study, manpower analysis, and productivity improvement.
- Knowledge of wage and engineering work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other drawing software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
