Recruitment | Operational Control Department Specialist

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in coordinating daily affairs of the Operational Control department, responsible for ledger registration, data statistics and analysis, and the organization and summarization of various reports;
2. Responsible for collecting, classifying, archiving, and managing the sending and receiving of department documents, materials, and business records to ensure completeness;
3. Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as production, warehouse, quality, and logistics, synchronize work progress, convey key information, and handle basic coordination tasks;
4. Follow up on the implementation of departmental tasks, provide timely feedback on progress, and assist supervisors in formulating and advancing work plans;
5. Assist in organizing routine departmental meetings, complete meeting minutes, and follow up on the execution of meeting decisions;
6. Handle administrative and support tasks within the department and complete other temporary assignments assigned by leadership.

II. Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is preferred;
2. Experience: Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome; experience in manufacturing or vehicle assembly plants is preferred;
3. Skills: Proficient in Office software (Excel/Word/PPT), skilled in basic data organization and report preparation;
4. Work Attitude: Careful, diligent, responsible, with strong execution ability, and able to follow department management and arrangements;
5. Abilities: Good communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, and able to quickly adapt to a factory environment;
6. Character: Honest, stable, with no negative employment record.
