Job description for Manual Tester at PT Sigma Global Teknologi

Job Description :

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

• Perform various types of testing to ensure product quality,

• Document and manage bug reports, and communicate findings clearly with relevant teams.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Infrastructure, and Product Management teams.

• Actively participate in analysis, and planning activities.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation when needed.

• Be a strong advocate for Agile practices and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow as a QA professional.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual Quality Assurance (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Hands-on experience testing Web and Mobile applications (Android; iOS is a plus).

• Familiarity with API testing using tools such as Postman (experience is a plus).

• Proficiency in SQL for in-depth data validation and testing.

• Experience using test case management and bug tracking tools (etc., JIRA.).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

• Experience with automation testing frameworks (etc., Katalon, Selenium) is a plus but not required
