Job description for Mandor Interior at PT Ecotekno Anugerah Karya
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan: Minimal SMK/D3/S1 (diutamakan Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau Interior Design).
Pengalaman: Minimal 3 tahun sebagai mandor interior atau pekerjaan finishing di proyek konstruksi.
Keahlian Teknis:
Memahami gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis pekerjaan interior.
Menguasai pemasangan gypsum, partisi, plafon, furniture built-in, cat, dan pekerjaan finishing lainnya.
Mampu membaca dan menerapkan metode kerja sesuai standar konstruksi interior.
Manajemen Proyek:
Mampu mengatur jadwal kerja tukang dan subkontraktor sesuai timeline proyek.
Mengawasi kualitas pekerjaan agar sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.
Kepemimpinan & Koordinasi:
Mampu memimpin tim pekerja di lapangan dan berkoordinasi dengan tim teknik & arsitek.
Mengatasi kendala teknis dan memberikan solusi yang cepat dan tepat.
Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (K3): Memahami prosedur K3 dalam pekerjaan interior dan memastikan tim bekerja dengan aman.
Detail & Ketelitian: Mampu melakukan opname pekerjaan, menghitung kebutuhan material, dan memastikan efisiensi penggunaan bahan.
Mobilitas & Kesiapan Lapangan: Bersedia bekerja di lokasi proyek dengan jadwal kerja yang fleksibel.
Komunikasi: Mampu berkomunikasi dengan tim proyek, klien, dan vendor terkait material atau pekerjaan.
