Job description for Mandarin Translator at CV Varuna Jaya (Babyface Karaoke)

Kualifikasi:

- Usia min 20 tahun

- Mampu berbahasa Mandarin (lisan & tulisan) dengan baik

- Diutamakan memiliki kemampuan HSK minimal level 2-3 atau setara

- Mampu melakukan penerjemahan langsung (conversation) dengan cepat dan tepat

- Berpenampilan menarik, rapi, dan percaya diri

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan sopan

- Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu

- Bersedia bekerja shift dan di hari libur nasional

- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang hospitality, F&B, atau entertainment lebih disukai

Tugas Utama:

- Membantu komunikasi antara tamu berbahasa Mandarin dengan tim operasional

- Menerjemahkan percakapan secara langsung (verbal)

- Mendampingi tamu untuk memastikan pelayanan berjalan lancar

- Menjaga kualitas komunikasi dan kenyamanan tamu
