* Translate documents (Bahasa Indonesia ⇄ Mandarin) with accuracy and cultural understanding
* Provide real-time interpretation during meetings & operational activities
* Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
* Support administrative coordination and reporting
* Accompany foreign employees in work-related activities

* Is fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
* Has strong interpretation & communication skills
* Is detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
* Is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Is proficient in MS Word & Excel
