About the Role
This is a Mandarin Translator and Interpreter role supporting communication between local and Chinese-speaking stakeholders across business operations.
Key responsibilities :
- Translate documents from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia/English
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, interviews, training sessions, and business visits
- Assist communication between local and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Ensure translation accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
- Support management in preparing bilingual reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Coordinate with departments to facilitate smooth communication with Chinese partners, suppliers, and clients
- Perform other translation-related assignments as requested by management
About you :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Literature, Translation, Linguistics, or related fields
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia / Fresh Graduated Welcome
- HSK certification (HSK 4/5/6 preferred)
- Strong translation and interpretation skills with the ability to accurately convey meaning and context
- Experienced in translating business documents, reports, contracts, SOPs, presentations, and correspondence
- Able to provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, discussions, and business visits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
