We are looking for a Chinese Translator & Assistant to support management in daily communication, business activities, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation for daily meetings, business negotiations, and internal communication.
- Translate and proofread documents, contracts, emails, and other business materials between Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Accompany management to meetings with clients, suppliers, government institutions, and other business partners, providing on-site interpretation.
- Assist management with daily schedules, meeting arrangements, business appointments, business receptions, and business trips.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items and decisions.
Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin, with HSK 5 or above.
- Native Indonesian speaker with good English proficiency as a working language.
- Able to drive and hold a valid driving license.
- Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and professional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good business etiquette.
- Willing to accompany management for business visits and external activities.
- Flexible and able to adapt to working hours based on business needs.
