About the Role
PT Joyfull Technology Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin Translator to support communication between Chinese-speaking management and local teams.
This role involves real-time interpretation, document translation, and daily coordination in a fast-paced business environment.
We are looking for someone who is fluent, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with management.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time Mandarin ↔ Bahasa Indonesia / English interpretation during meetings, calls, and daily communication.
- Translate business documents such as emails, reports, agreements, and internal materials.
- Assist management with cross-department communication and coordination.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up documentation.
- Join external meetings or business visits when translation support is required.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality in all communication.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin speaking & listening (mandatory).
- Reading and writing Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, or similar role.
- Experience working with Chinese-speaking management or companies is strongly preferred.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- Experience in multinational, trading, e-commerce, or agency environments.
- Comfortable supporting both translation and light coordination tasks.
- Professional communication style and strong sense of responsibility.
