Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Meet, GDrive, and others)

Job Description :
- Preparing files and documents required for meetings
- Receive and reply to emails directly related to management work
- Preparing reports required by management
- Properly carry out other delegated tasks
- Translate Mandarin-Indonesian, Indonesian-Mandarin (both orally and in writing)
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once with tight deadlines
- Assist with oral and written translation of meetings (Indonesian, Mandarin)
- Serve as personal assistant and Chinese translator with all staff in case head office comes
to the warehouse
