We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mandarin Office Translator to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities :
- Translate documents, emails, and internal communications between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (if needed)
- Provide verbal interpretation support during meetings and daily operations
- Assist cross-functional teams in communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks
- Ensure translation accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery
Requirements :
- Active Mandarin communication skills (spoken and written)
- Active English communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiar with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Willing to be placed on Sleman City Hall ( Yogyakarta Site )
