Role Description
On behalf of our client in Dental Company, this is a contract, on-site Mandarin Translator role based in Jakarta Selatan. The Mandarin Translator will accurately translate written and spoken content between Mandarin and English/Indonesian for meetings, presentations, documents, and business discussions. Daily tasks include coordinating meetings, arranging accommodation and business travel, managing meetings minutes, email correspondence, maintaining organized document filing, and supporting daily operational activities delegated by management.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written. English proficiency is a plus.
- HSK Level 4 or 5 certification is required as proof of Mandarin proficiency.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field. Majors in Administration, Management, Mandarin Language, or Secretarial Studies are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, Administrator, or Mandarin Translator.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Driving license (SIM A) and driving skills are a plus.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
