Job description for Mandarin Teacher at Spring Shine Preschool
We are seeking a passionate, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Mandarin Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where children can develop confidence in using Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate Mandarin lessons through songs, stories, games, arts and crafts, and interactive activities.
Encourage children's listening, speaking, and early literacy skills in Mandarin.
Monitor and support each child's learning and developmental progress.
Prepare teaching materials and maintain an organized classroom.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.
Requirements
Minimum HSK Level 4 or equivalent Mandarin proficiency.
Experience teaching preschool or young learners is preferred.
Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with children.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Available to work part-time during school hours.
