Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 3 or above)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chinese Literature / Chinese Language
- Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Physically and mentally healthy
Job Responsibilities
- Teach Mandarin language to students, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that facilitate active and engaging learning experiences.
- Prepare lesson plans and teach students across different levels.
- Provide and develop learning materials and resources for educational activities.
- Observe and evaluate students’ performance and learning progress.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and maintaining clear rules and expectations.
- Participate in department meetings, school meetings, and parent meetings.
