Paprika is an e-wallet payment application that allows users to make transactions without using cash. Easy, simple and fast in transactions.
We are currently looking for additional team member to join us as
Mandarin Speaking Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative translation support and handle daily communication and coordination tasks.
- Assist in overall project management to ensure the project progresses according to plan.
- Record, organize, and summarize meeting minutes to support project decision-making.
- Coordinate internal resources to facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and other departments.
- Willing to learn about digital banking to support business development.
- Participate in and drive various operations and support work for digital banking.
Qualifications:
- Diploma Degree from Chinese literature or other major
- Outstanding fresh graduates may be considered for internships
- Has similar 1+ year experience in finance or banking are preferred
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian, with the ability to conduct professional communication and writing.
- Project Management: Possesses project management skills and can assist the team in driving and coordinating project progress.
- Communication and Coordination: Outgoing personality with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively solving problems.
- Internet Thinking: Understand the Internet and related businesses, with innovative thinking and solution-oriented approaches.
- Learning Ability: Willing to learn about digital banking and quickly grasp new knowledge and skills.
- Other Requirements: Strong team spirit and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Willing to be based in Menteng but also mobile to SCBD and Ancol if needed
- Willing to work on Saturday half day
